XT60 (2+2) Power Cable
This is a high‑current power + low‑voltage signal integrated product.
It can simultaneously support high‑power charging power supply + battery communication / signal transmission.
Two main power pins can carry a current of 60 A, with contact resistance < 0.8 mΩ.
The connector housing is made of PA66 material, UL94 V‑0 grade, capable of stable operation from −20 °C to 120 °C.
Two auxiliary signal pins carry weak‑current signals with a rated current ≤ 1 A, used for signals such as BMS communication, temperature detection, balancing sampling and status feedback.
Power and signal terminals are physically separated and isolated, so high‑power charging pulses will not interfere with sampling and communication signals.
This cable is compatible with drones, portable‑energy‑storage devices, electric‑balance scooters, robots / AGVs / mobile chassis, vehicle DIY power supplies, etc.
